New Projects on the IMV Polska Map

IMV Polska has recently expanded its portfolio by signing agreements for the comprehensive management of two new retail properties: Park Handlowy Sochaczew and Park Handlowy Multishop Jarocin.
Multishop retail parks are modern commercial properties based on the latest trends in the commercial investment sector. The largest retail park in the Jarocin area covers 6,000 sqm and hosts tenants such as JYSK, Pepco, Martes Sport, Rossmann, Takko Fashion, CCC, Dealz, Big Star, and RTV Euro AGD.
Park Handlowy Sochaczew offers nearly 4,500 sqm of retail space, featuring stores such as Hebe, Rossmann, Ziaja, and electronics retailer RTV Euro AGD. Fashion enthusiasts can enjoy shops like Takko Fashion, CCC, and Deichmann, while home décor lovers will appreciate the presence of JYSK.
The owner and developer of both properties is Multishop, a company specialising in retail park development in well-connected urban areas. Currently, Multishop is constructing the largest retail park in Suwałki, which will eventually cover over 10,000 sqm. The company also has additional retail investments in the pipeline.
